Types of data we collect
We collect data you give us directly — such as your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, order details and any artwork you upload — and data collected automatically when you browse, such as cookies, usage data and IP address.
How we use your data
- Fulfilling and dispatching your orders
- Providing customer support and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments through our payment partners
- Improving the site through analytics and infrastructure monitoring
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations
- Marketing communications, only where you've opted in
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on one or more of the following bases: your consent, the performance of a contract (your order), compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate business interests.
Sharing your data
We only share personal data with the third parties we need to run the service — for example payment processors, hosting and analytics providers, and couriers such as Royal Mail and DPD. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep your data
Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or for the period required by law (for example, accounting records). Artwork files are retained so you can reorder, and removed on request.

- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure of your data, where applicable
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
