What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF (Direct to Film) gang sheet is a single 56cm-wide film printed with as many of your designs as you can fit, ready to heat-press onto cotton, polyester, blends and most workwear fabrics.
What size are your gang sheets?
Our standard sheet is 56 × 100 cm. You can tile any number of designs across the sheet — there is no minimum number of designs and no setup fee per artwork.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 5pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day via Royal Mail Tracked. For DPD Next Day, the cut-off is 12pm Monday–Thursday.
What file types do you accept?
PNG with a transparent background is best. We can also accept high-resolution JPG, PDF and TIFF. Set artwork to 300 DPI at print size and keep transparent areas truly transparent.
Will you check my artwork before printing?
We run a basic technical check on every file — size, resolution and transparency. We do not edit, redraw or proof artwork on your behalf; the file you upload is the file we print.
What temperature and time should I press at?
As a starting point, press at 150–160°C for 12–15 seconds with medium pressure. Peel warm, then re-press for 5 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet for the best finish. Always test on a scrap of the actual garment first.
What fabrics can I apply transfers to?
Our DTF transfers work on 100% cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, nylon, leather and most workwear fabrics. They are not suitable for waterproof or silicone-treated materials.
How long do the prints last?
Pressed correctly, our transfers survive 50+ domestic washes at 30–40°C. Wash inside out, avoid tumble drying on high heat, and skip the iron directly on the print.
Do you offer reprints or refunds?
If we get something wrong — colour, size, missing artwork — we'll reprint and reship at our cost. We can't refund prints that match the file you supplied, so double-check your sheet preview before checkout.
Can I reorder the same sheet?
Yes. Re-upload the same file or contact us with your original order number and we'll re-run an identical sheet — handy for repeat designs and brand uniforms.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Our standard pricing is already built for trade printers, decorators and workwear suppliers. If you're running large recurring volumes, get in touch and we'll talk about an account.
