The ground rules for using Snuggle DTF
These terms govern your use of snuggledtf.co.uk and any orders placed with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Who can use the service
Snuggle DTF is intended for business users — printers, decorators, workwear suppliers, fashion brands and other trade buyers. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- An order is accepted once we send a dispatch confirmation email.
- We may decline or cancel an order where artwork is unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for printing.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Artwork and intellectual property
You must own, or be properly licensed to use, every piece of artwork you upload. You grant Snuggle Limited a licence to reproduce that artwork solely to fulfil your order. We don't claim ownership of your artwork and we don't share it.
We will not print artwork that infringes third-party rights, or that is obscene, defamatory or unlawful. If we identify an issue we'll contact you before charging.
Dispatch and delivery
We aim to dispatch in line with the cut-offs published on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Reprints and returns
Because every sheet is printed to order, we don't accept returns of correctly produced transfers. If we make an error — wrong file, wrong size, or a manufacturing fault — we will reprint and reship at our cost. Report any issue within 7 days of delivery, with photos where possible.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of customers or downtime on your press. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
